Focusing on quality and customer experience, we conduct strict pre-delivery inspections and adopt professional protective packaging to ensure every bag product is delivered securely, completely and efficiently to global customers.
1. Order Processing Time
After your order is successfully confirmed, our warehouse team will complete order verification, product quality inspection and standard packaging within 1 to 3 business days. Weekends and Hong Kong SAR public holidays are excluded and will not be counted as working processing days.
Processing cycles may be slightly extended during flash sales, holiday promotions and peak shopping seasons due to increased order volume. We will promptly notify all customers via email once noticeable processing delays occur, keeping everyone updated on real-time order progress.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping fees are calculated automatically according to the actual weight, size and delivery location of your package. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment, enabling transparent consumption.
Estimated delivery times:
Standard Shipping: 15 business days
All delivery durations are estimated reference values and do not serve as guaranteed arrival times. Actual transit progress may fluctuate due to courier logistics delays, customs clearance review progress, adverse weather conditions, global logistical limitations and local public holidays.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your bag order passes final inspection and is officially dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automatic shipment confirmation email containing your exclusive parcel tracking number and official logistics inquiry access.
Tracking data will not be available immediately after shipment. Due to universal logistics system synchronization rules, real-time tracking information will be fully updated and queryable within 24 to 48 hours after dispatch.
4. Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Customers are solely responsible for confirming the accuracy and completeness of the shipping address, recipient name and contact details during checkout to avoid delivery failure or parcel return.
LEE TAN FUNG holds no responsibility for misdelivered, undeliverable or returned parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by customers. Any package returned to our warehouse due to address errors will require additional customer-borne reshipping fees for secondary delivery service.
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages:
If your parcel is confirmed lost or untraceable during cross-border transportation, please contact our customer support team and provide your valid order details within 7 days after the expected delivery date for a formal logistics investigation.
Damaged Items:
If your bag products arrive with fabric damage, scratched surfaces, broken hardware accessories or defective packaging, please submit a after-sales application within 48 hours upon receipt. Clear original photos of both damaged products and complete outer packaging are required for verification. Our team will assess the case and resolve the issue efficiently.
6. Bag Care and Usage Notice
Each bag product is equipped with professional care guidelines tailored to its material, including leather, canvas and synthetic fabric maintenance tips. Correct daily use, cleaning and storage can effectively prevent wear, fading and deformation, extending product service life.
LEE TAN FUNG will not be liable for product damage, aging, deformation or accessory failure caused by improper maintenance, overloading, violent extrusion, unauthorized modification or personal misuse of bag products.
7. International Shipping and Customs Notice
All international cross-border shipments may be subject to import duties, customs taxes and other administrative fees formulated by the destination country’s local customs. All such additional charges are undertaken by the customer independently and are not included in product prices or standard shipping expenses.
